-what happens after?-

  After the treatment, it is often recommend to go for a 10-minute slow-paced walk after your treatment as a form of integration.


  Most clients report feeling benefits immediately, during, or some clients report noticing shifts happening in the days following a session. Some people may have a couple days of feeling a bit stiff or achy in the days following a session, this is considered to be the body re-calibrating around the shifts that were proposed during treatment.


  Because the body is going through a process, it is recommended to take activity levels 'down a notch' in the days following a session. Light forms of movement is encouraged, and lighter training for any regimens you are committed to, maybe consider lowering the intensity and duration.
